Cooking tank with manual/automatic tilting mechanism, constructed of stainless steel, rectangular in shape, with radiused corners for easy cleaning.
Double lid, with drip area at the back for transporting the condensed liquid into the pan, equipped with Aisi 304 stainless steel hinges with spring-loaded swing.
Automatic water filling operated by button.
Electric pilot burner ignition operated by the gas valve button.
Thermostatic temperature regulation from 100° to 280°C. Safety thermostat.
Height-adjustable stainless steel legs.
Fixed water tap located on the top. Tubular handle in AISI 304 steel with satin finish and front grip, integrated into the lid. Heating by means of a steel burner with stabilized flame under the tank.
The orange indicator on the control panel indicates that the appliance is operating. The heating is automatically turned off when the pan is tilted.
