Delivery of products is made anywhere in the country, through our partners, who offer express courier services. We reserve the right to honor orders only after contacting customers and confirming the availability of products in our own stock or in the suppliers' stock.

Delivery time

1 – 3 days, depending on the destination of each package and the time of order launch, as follows:

• Orders placed Monday through Friday, by 2:00 PM , will be delivered the next day.
• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Delivery schedule of courier companies:

• Monday - Friday: between 09:00 and 17:00
• Saturday: between 09:00 and 13:00

In such situations, L AUTO SRL reserves the right not to honor orders without the prior consent expressed by the customer regarding this additional cost.

In case of failed deliveries

If the customer is not found at the specified address, the courier will return after contacting them. If the delivery fails a second time, the order will be automatically canceled and the package returned to the headquarters.

If the customer wishes to resume the order, they will have to bear the full cost of delivery, regardless of the value of the products.

Product reception

The receipt of the products represents the customer's acceptance that the products have arrived in good condition and correspond to the order. This is confirmed by signing the fiscal documents accompanying the package.

The invoice constitutes a sales contract according to the Romanian legislation in force.

Delays or cancellations due to force majeure

L AUTO SRL reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries in cases of force majeure, such as: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, terrorism, protests, riots, civil unrest or other unforeseen events according to Romanian law.
