Customized products that were delivered based on a special order cannot be returned.

The right of withdrawal provided for in GEO 34/2014 applies only to natural persons.

According to Romanian law, you have a 14-day period in which you can cancel your order without having to justify your decision. These 14 calendar days are calculated from the moment you took possession of the ordered product.

To benefit from the right of withdrawal/return, you must inform L AUTO SRL in writing, using the email address office@l-auto.ro. , regarding your decision.

Since you have informed us of your decision to return the products, you have 14 calendar days to send us the product(s) that are the subject of the return.

According to art.14 paragraph 2 of OUG34/2014: “The consumer bears the direct costs related to the return of the products.” The costs related to the delivery of the product to our company are your responsibility.

The method of returning the products is chosen by you, with the obligation that they arrive at our point of work. Products that arrive at the Romanian Post Office will NOT be picked up and will be returned to the customer.

Return packages with shipping paid to L AUTO SRL will be automatically refused.

L AUTO SRL reserves the right to refuse to refund the money if:

• the products have been used by you (e.g. opened, used, etc.)
• the products are not intact
• the package contents are incomplete
• the products have been damaged and no longer look like new
• the products have been used
• the condition of the products does not allow their resale

The product as well as the returned packaging must not be damaged.

L AUTO SRL will refund your money within 14 calendar days from the date you informed us of your decision to return the product.

Refund method: BANK ORDER – you must provide us with the IBAN code for your bank account.

Refunds cannot be made in cash.

We reserve the right to refund your money only after we have received the returned products.
