1.1. In this document, the following terms used in capital letters shall have, unless the context otherwise requires, the meanings specified below:

L AUTO SRL: represents the company SC L AUTO SRL., with headquarters in Str. Barajelor 8 A, Târgu-Jiu, Jud. Gorj, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J18/144/2007 and having the Unique Registration Code 20986602, fiscal attribute RO.

USER: represents the person who accesses the SITE, for private or professional purposes and who has accepted the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of this SITE, fulfilling in this regard all the requirements of the registration process;

ABUSE: represents the use of the SITE in a manner contrary to practice in the field, regulations and legislation in force or in any other manner that may cause damage to L AUTO SRL.

2.1. The information published on the SITE is information of general interest about L AUTO SRL, the products sold by it, as well as other information considered by L AUTO SRL to be of interest to USERS.

4.6. Any problem caused by the products and/or services presented on the SITE will be resolved amicably within 15 working days from the date of the written notification of the problems by the USER.

4.7. L AUTO SRL is not liable for any losses, costs, lawsuits, claims, expenses or other liabilities, if they are directly caused by failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions.

4.8. L AUTO SRL is not responsible for damages caused as a result of the Site not functioning, as well as for those resulting from the impossibility of accessing certain links published on the Site.

4.9. Using the Internet Browser. L AUTO SRL guarantees optimal use of the Site by using at least Firefox 36 or Chrome 40.

5.0. We inform you that any complaints regarding the aesthetic deficiencies of the products will be taken into account and analyzed only if they are complained about within the first 48 hours of receiving the product.

5.1. The payment methods for completing an online order are: cash on delivery, online with bank card, payment order. If you opt for online payment with bank card, we inform you that registering the payment does not guarantee the confirmation and delivery of the order. If the order is not confirmed (the deadline for processing the order is 48 hours) the amount of money paid will be refunded to your account as soon as possible.

5.2. Registration of the order does not constitute its confirmation. After taking over the order, it will be processed by our operators in order to confirm and establish delivery details. The delivery time is 1-3 business days from order confirmation.

5.3. During the Easter holidays, winter holidays, the Black Friday event, as well as throughout the duration of other company campaigns, the processing of an order and its delivery may take between 7-10 business days.
