DESCRIPTION

The removable plexiglass knife holder facilitates sanitation and allows sterilization without the need to rotate the knives.
Knife holder with built-in drip tray (only on 24W version).
Mercury vapor lamp with screen protection.
A safety micro-switch turns the lights on when the door is opened and turns them off when it is closed.
The lamp, on the 24W model, only lights up when the switch is "on" and the timer is at "0".
