The fixed working system is used with two professional electric crepes with a diameter of 40 cm.
It is installed on a countertop or table before the pancake makers are put in place.
Featuring a stainless steel design, it can be quickly installed to provide an ergonomic, well-organized and easy-to-use work area.
Designed to meet the needs of pancake professionals, this work system has a built-in electric bain-marie with three GN 1/6 pans for keeping food warm.
It also includes two GN 1/3 pans for storing pancake batter, three GN 1/6 pans for storing food, and a water tray for the pancake dispenser.
Note: the price does NOT include pancake griddles!
