The removable work system is used with two professional electric or gas crepes with a diameter of 40 cm.
It is installed on a countertop or table and placed around pancake makers.
Featuring a stainless steel design, it can be quickly installed to provide an ergonomic, well-organized and easy-to-use work area.
Designed to meet the needs of pancake professionals, this work system has two GN 1/3 pans for storing pancake batter, two GN 1/6 pans for storing food.
There are eight glass jars with lids (6x0.75 liters and 2x0.35 liters) in front of the hobs.
A support is required if the worktop is used with gas pancake makers.
Note: the price does NOT include pancake griddles!
Compatible hobs are the following models:
CTROA4AA-KR electric version or CGBIC4 gas version.
