Powder mix for making cake (chocolate cake, fruit cake, muffin) in a quick and easy way, without using eggs for food service applications packed in a 15 kg bag.

Sugar, wheat flour, corn starch, whole egg powder, raising agent: sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, wheat gluten, emulsifiers: polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sorbitan monooleate, Flavors, Stabilizer: xanthan gum. May contain traces of nuts and hazelnuts, soy products.

Preparation / uses

Mix 500 g, water 225 g, sunflower seed oil 150 g (or any odorless vegetable oil). Mix all ingredients in the mixer bowl and beat for 5 minutes until you have a homogeneous mixture. Bake depending on the quantity for 50-55 minutes at 160-180 °C.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place (10-27 °C, <65% RH) away from sunlight and strong odors until the expiration date printed on the label. Keep the package tightly closed after each use.
