This pancake griddle has three heating elements wrapped under each cast iron cooking surface to ensure consistent and even heat distribution to your food. Thermostatic controls make it easy to adjust the temperature, and the thermal insulation system ensures greater energy efficiency.
An illuminated on/off switch lets you know at a glance whether the product is active, and a heat indicator light shows when the surface is hot. For reliable stability, the entire pancake griddle is mounted on four adjustable stainless steel feet with plastic caps. This pancake griddle requires a 220V electrical connection for operation.
This appliance is perfect for caterers who are not pancake specialists, as well as snack service. The exclusive plate design includes built-in ceramic bead elements to provide excellent precision and even heat distribution. The control dials are labeled from 50°C to 300°C for precise temperature control.
The high-strength machined cast iron plate is shock-resistant.
