Flake Ice has a wide range of uses, from preserving and displaying fresh fish, to creating cocktails and using it in relaxation centers. Flake ice is also used in hospitals and during the production of sausages and bread, to cool the mixture. Flake ice is appreciated for its versatility.
Flake Ice is generated by a vertical cylinder with an internal fin that drains the ice from the internal surface of the evaporator, lifting it up to an ice breaker.
The flake range comes in both stand-alone models and machines to be combined with our wide range of bins. The range achieves a maximum output of 2500 kg per day. The system produces uniform ice with a minimum amount of water.
