Meat mincer designed to be used with plates with holes ≤ 8mm. The mincer-shredder is designed for:
1. with the grinding unit placed on one side, for shredding, reducing the size of fresh unfrozen meat, using cutting tools to obtain meatballs and sausages. The meat should not have bones or other parts of a texture other than meat.
2. with the grating unit placed on the opposite side of the machine, to grate hard cheese, bread and biscuits. In the grinding group, the machine consists of an electric motor inserted in a single casting (the base body of the machine).
In some versions, the casting can be covered with a hood (facade body). The meat to be ground is loaded manually into the loading tray, located in the upper area of ​​the machine and always manually and with the help of the pestle, is introduced into the grinding throat towards the auger. The hopper is locked on the throat of the machine. The piston is made of plastic suitable for contact with food products. The grinding group is of the type: Enterprise and is supplied as standard with a 6 mm hole plate. The plate is in turn pressed onto the knife by the flywheel inserted on the mouth of the grinding group. The grinding group can be dismantled, all materials in direct contact with the food product comply with current food hygiene regulations. In the grating group, the motor used for the rotation of the graters is the same one used in the grating group. The product to be cooled is manually loaded into the grater mouth located in the upper area of ​​the machine and always manually, by operating the presser through its handle, the product is pushed against the grater roller. The product must be loaded in moderate quantities to prevent the machine from starting by lowering the presser, thanks to the safety microswitch located in the presser block. The grater roller is perforated, it cannot be removed from the machine.
