The electric meat grinder is designed to grind and reduce the size of fresh, unfrozen meat, using cutting tools to obtain meatballs and sausages. The meat must not have bones or other parts of a texture other than meat. The machine consists of an electric motor inserted into a single casting (the base body of the machine). In some versions, the casting can be covered with a hood (the facade body). The meat to be ground is loaded manually into the loading tray, located in the upper area of ​​the machine and always manually and with the help of the pestle, is introduced into the grinding throat towards the auger. The hopper is locked on the neck of the machine. The piston is made of plastics suitable for contact with food. The grinding group can be of different types: Enterprise is supplied as standard with a 6 mm hole plate, 1/2 Unger, Total Unger. In turn, the plate is pressed onto the knife by the handwheel inserted on the mouth of the grinding unit. The grinding group can be dismantled, all materials in direct contact with the food product comply with current food hygiene regulations. Depending on the operating and production needs, the machine can be built with various optional parts.
