The C640 is a compact dishwasher, a real bonus in small establishments, small restaurants where you have to wash a few dishes (max 22 / basket), baking trays and trays in a very narrow space. In fact, thanks to the dedicated basket, you can wash GN 1/1 baking trays 65 mm high, 600 × 400 dough trays and cake trays, while maintaining the measurements of a dishwasher comfortable under the counter. With its powerful wash pump and Ø30 mm wash arms, removing stubborn dirt will not be a problem using a single standard 120-second cycle in the UP version with a maximum productivity of 30 baskets / hour (660 dishes / hour).
The dishwasher is very compact and can be used to wash glasses of various shapes and sizes, as well as 18 dishes per wash with a maximum Ø of 310 mm thanks to the baskets provided, using a single standard cycle of 120 seconds in the UP version, with a maximum productivity of 30 baskets/hour (540 dishes/hour).
