DESCRIPTION

Gas Wok range, with 1 or 2 burners, monoblock unit on open base.
Worktop in AISI304 stainless steel, top thickness 15/10, with overflow basin, incl. pre-mounted drain for connection to the floor.
Power adjustment via valve tap with pilot burner and thermocouple.
A tray is placed under the top for collecting large liquids.
A stable cast iron ring provides support for the WOK pans, it is RAAF enameled (acid, alkali and flame resistant).
Height-adjustable stainless steel legs.
