DESCRIPTION

SILKO cooking machine, 650 line, Top series.
The body is made of Aisi 304 stainless steel.
The standard appliance has sealed burners with a power of 3.5-6 kW/burner.
Safety valve with thermocouple for continuous output control from 3.5 to 6 kW.
The burner and thermocouple are located under the main body of the burner, protected from accidental impact and possible spills.
The hob features radiused corners for ease of cleaning and RAAF enamelled cast iron pan supports (acid, alkali and flame resistant).
