ROBUST AND RELIABLE
The spiral mixer is the ideal equipment for pizzerias, bakeries and families. The particular shape of the spiral allows for a perfectly mixed dough to be obtained in a few minutes. The bowl, spiral, central column and protective grid are made of stainless steel. The gearbox is particularly quiet.
All machines are equipped with a kneader. The mixers can be equipped with a single-phase motor (Astra/IMR line) or a three-phase motor (Astra three-phase/ITR line). On request, two speeds are available for the three-phase motors. Special voltages are available on request. Tilting head and removable bowl.
