This mixer has a 5 to 48 kg capacity, which can be used to produce a wide range of popular foods, such as pie dough, biscuits, and more.
ROBUST AND RELIABLE
The spiral mixer is the ideal equipment for pizzerias, bakeries and families. The particular shape of the spiral allows to obtain a perfectly mixed dough in a few minutes. The bowl, spiral, central column and protective grid are made of stainless steel. The gearbox is manufactured with an oil bath. The mixers can be equipped with a single-phase motor (IBM line) or a three-phase one (IBT line). On request, two speeds are available for three-phase motors. Special voltages are available on request.
