The spiral mixer is the ideal equipment for pizzerias, bakeries and families. This model is equipped with a speed controller (IBV) for mixing dough with low and high hydration. The particular shape of the spiral allows for a perfectly mixed dough in a few minutes. The bowl, spiral, central column and protective grid are made of stainless steel.
The gearbox is particularly quiet.
