The ideal tool for pizza chefs, pastry chefs and bakers, the fork mixer is equipped with a bowl, drive shaft and fork made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
The mixers can be equipped with a single-phase motor (IMF line) or three-phase motor (ITF line).
