The vapor condensation system consists of a labyrinth with fins that allows the development of a very large exchange surface, suitable for condensing vapors coming from the cooking chamber and from the mouth of the oven when the door is open.
The expansion of the surface, combined with the speed of the air sucked in from the outside, allows the condensation of the transported vapors without the need for subsequent external interventions to cool the condenser (e.g. water), given that the thermal balance in normal use, the oven must be respected (verified in the laboratory).
To condense the vapors coming from the cooking chamber, an air flow equal to approximately half of the maximum capacity of the extractor is sufficient, while for those coming from the mouth of the oven, it is used automatically, when the door is opened.
