Electric grill made of Aisi 304 stainless steel. Reversible cast iron cooking grill.
Forward tilt for cooking fatty meat, with 4 mm elements in direct contact and drip tray for collecting fat.
Flat for cooking fish and vegetables with circular elements with a diameter of 10 mm.
Splash guard on three sides, 135 mm high, made of Aisi 304 stainless steel.
Front grease collection duct, easily removable for cleaning. Removable drawer to collect cooking fat and contains water, located under the heating elements
Water allows cooking fats to cool.
Evaporation of water allows for gentle cooking of food.
Controls located on the fixed front panel. Heating obtained with armored Incoloy resistors, positioned under the cooking grate, protected by the Aisi 316 stainless steel diffuser, easily removable for cleaning.
Activation and regulation of heating via thermostat. The orange light indicates the operation of the equipment.
