Four independent cooking zones. Stainless steel block (AISI 304) 20/10 thick, pre-assembled for butt-to-butt connection. Reversible cast iron grid. Tilting forward for cooking fatty meat, with 4 mm elements in direct contact and drip tray to collect fat. Horizontal grid for fish and vegetables, elements with circular design diam. 10 mm. Splashback stands on three sides, in AISI 304 stainless steel. Large fat collection trough; easy to clean with 3 holes in diameter 40mm. through which the fat drains into the removable collection tray under the heating elements.
Heating with 8 high-performance cast iron burners positioned under the cooking grate. Each burner is equipped with two flame rows and, thanks to the upper cast iron diffuser, the highest thermal flywheel is provided, all components are easily removable for cleaning. Temperature regulation via 4 tap taps incl. safety thermocouple and pilot burner. Electric ignition with battery Height-adjustable feet. Grate scraper included.
