Using yeast as a leavening agent, this mix produces light, airy donuts that are sure to satisfy. Wheat flour, sugar, salt. May contain traces of nuts, hazelnuts, eggs and their products, milk and their products, soy products.
Mix 1 kg, dry yeast 2 sachets, warm water 1.2 L Add the yeast to the mixture until smooth. Add the warm water and beat into a smooth, thick mixture. Place the mixture in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 45 minutes to rise. Drop small amounts of the mixture into hot oil (180°C in a pan) using a wet spoon. Fry the doughnuts until golden brown and place on paper towels to drain the oil. Add honey and cinnamon. Serve hot.
Store in a cool, dry place (10-27 °C, <65% RH) away from sunlight and strong odors until the expiration date printed on the label. Keep the package tightly closed after each use.
