Chromed steel or 430 stainless steel for different types of cooking. Lowered cooking surface, in relation to the hermetically sealed top. Frontal grease area for easy cleaning - the grease is deposited in a special drawer in the control panel. Adjustable temperature from 110 ° to 280 °, depending on the versions.
Heating by steel burner with stabilized flame for each cooking zone, complete with pilot light and safety valve.
