Oil saving
Its powerful heating elements ensure maximum efficiency while preventing oil temperature losses.
It has a 5 cm cold zone at the bottom (between the tank and the heating elements) to protect the quality of the oil.
The dough residues that remain at the bottom do not burn and therefore do not damage the oil.
Saving the mix
No part of the mixture burns during baking (within the prescribed baking time).
Energy saving
The fryer has a stainless steel dipping surface, which you use to dip the donuts in oil, thus reducing cooking time.
Functionality
The round oil tank with a diameter of 45 cm. with a capacity of up to 16 liters, in addition to the comfort it offers when frying, also allows the customer to see the frying process.
It has a drain valve in the front so that the oil can be drained in one go.
