SILKO fryer, line 650.
Electric bench fryer constructed of Aisi 304 stainless steel.
The element can be rotated over 90° to facilitate thorough cleaning.
The oil temperature is well controlled by mechanical thermostat, with adjustment from 100 to 180 ° C.
Activation of the heating is signaled by an orange LED that lights up on the control panel.
Safety thermostat with manual reset.
Removable filter, basket, lid and storage basin for drain valve provided.
Also available in a high power version.
