All surfaces that come into contact with the dough are made of STAINLESS STEEL or TEFLON. The molds are easy to change with the single operation of two buttons.
In addition to the mold supplied with the delivery (to be specified when ordering), different models are available on request: Mod. C Ø 4 to Ø 24. Mod. B (for biscuits) with a thickness of 3 to 12 mm. Mod. S (for pasta dough in rolls) with a thickness of 3 to 12 mm.
