Thanks to the new touchscreen control system, it is possible to: independently and more precisely regulate the temperature of the chamber and the cooking floor, control the power of the two groups of heating elements (top and bottom) from 0% to 100%, adjust the speed and direction of rotation of the cooking floor and the extraction level of the hood; program cooking; program the weekly start; optimize energy consumption.
During transport and installation, it is possible to rotate the oven on the support equipped with wheels, bringing the maximum dimensions to 79 cm wide and 196 cm high to allow transit through normal doors.
