Ideal for delicious pizza, this traditional ALFA oven has a chamber height of 14 cm and features 2 independent operating temperatures, top and bottom, controlled by the operator, which can reach temperatures between 50 and 500 degrees Celsius for a balance with perfect results.
Indicator lights and interior oven lights for maximum product visibility are standard.
