Wheat flour, whole milk powder, sugar, whole egg powder, salt. May contain traces of nuts, hazelnuts, soy products.

Preparation instructions

Mix 1 kg, with 2 L water. No eggs, milk or salt required. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mixture and water until smooth, optionally adding a little butter. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat. Pour into the pan, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake. Tilt the pan in a circular motion so that the batter evenly coats the surface. Cook the pancake for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Unfold with a spatula, flip and cook the other side. Serve hot, choosing your desired filling.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place (10-27°C, <65% RH) away from sunlight and strong odors until the expiration date printed on the label. Keep the package tightly closed after each use.
