This series of shawarma appliances with 3 to 5 double infrared burners, with ceramic plates that produce a total power of up to 14 kW. It is capable of preparing up to 120 kg of meat with a height of up to 810mm. The positioning of the meat on the shaft allows enough space to properly cut the meat to be served in various traditional Greek dishes. The motor is located on the back of the appliance.
