This series of shawarma appliances with 1 to 5 double infrared burners, with ceramic plates that produce a total power of up to 14 kW. It is capable of preparing up to 120 kg of meat with a height of up to 810mm. This type of rotisserie allows excess fat to easily slide off the meat, preserving all the flavors. The positioning of the meat on the shaft allows enough space to properly cut the meat to be served in various traditional Greek dishes.
