DESCRIPTION

The ember device adapts a traditional technique and provides:
Distinctive quality of coffee due to the constant temperature maintained by the sand;
Cooking speed;
Aesthetic perfection with impeccable design;
The device has:
1500W resistance cast in aluminum for constant temperature and adequate heat transfer;
Reinforced insulation inside to prevent heat transfer to the outside of the device;
Thermostat 50-300°C to adjust the resistor temperature;
Eight-position temperature regulator;
Available with a small copper kettle and a special sandbag.
