The Ottimade Astra var/IRV spiral mixer is the ideal equipment for pizzerias, bakeries and families. This model is equipped with a speed controller for mixing low and high hydration dough. The particular shape of the spiral allows for a perfectly mixed dough to be obtained in a few minutes. The bowl, spiral, central column and protective grid are made of stainless steel.
The gearbox is particularly quiet.
