The range of radiant plate cookers is built in Aisi 304 stainless steel.
Heavy-gauge cast iron radiant plate with slots for optimal heat diffusion.
Heating is done using a high-power cast iron double crown burner (14 kW) for temperatures up to 500°C in the center of the plate and 200°C near the edges.
Piezoelectric ignition.
